Subscription bundle doesnt work

Bought a subscription bundle to both the print and digital version of Otaku USA, but the app doesnt recognize my login. Have contacted both Pocketmags and Otaku USA to no avail (Otaku USA customer support doesnt even reply to e-mail). Save your money and just buy it on the newsstand or through iTunes, I guess; subscribing doesnt work, and there is no support for paying customers.
